Alma was drawn to the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica by its natural beauty and vibrant culture. In 2021, she left Vancouver, BC, Canada and transitioned her businesses to operate remotely, bringing over 15 years of experience in the property sector — including founding and scaling her own property management company at just 19.

With a refined eye for design and a deep appreciation for architecture that blends into nature, Alma approaches real estate with a lifestyle-first perspective. Currently designing her own home in the Playa Negra community, she brings firsthand understanding of land acquisition, building, and luxury coastal living.
Her approach is intentional and relationship-driven — guiding clients toward homes that are optimized for the region and offer exceptional experiences.
When she’s not working with clients or photographing sloths, you’ll find her at the coral pools of Punta Cocles or enjoying cacao at a local cafe.
